@@thefurtadogroup7216 yes! it's really those things that don't seem to be so important that create a space with enough sanity. If you're having a bad day, a little as a squeaky sound from your sliding door can make you explode...but here, your door calms you. So smooth. So therapeutic.

Incredible designs ! Finally something exciting to see in the Toronto market . Love the continental seating by the fireplace . The sliding door is probably from glass Italia . Which is a high cost item . The owner spent money in the Reno …. Some of the wall coverings are probably from Philip Jeffery, Love the big mirror from Avenue road . With all these renovations. . They should have just go with Lutron for all the control panels . The only down side of this unit is how dark it is ….good video tho .

It’s definitely overpriced, the condo is little undersized for 3m, it’s pretty much on the ground level of the condo, there’s absolutely no view or sunlight. You can definitely find better condos that are bigger in bigger buildings with more amenities, better views, and better finishes

@@thefurtadogroup7216 for reference, the condo you are looking at is technically on the first floor of the condo. It has view of parking lot, and the other bad views are covered by wall. There’s is condo listing in Yorkville (much more expensive neighbourhood) that’s 2200 sq ft condo 3 bed 3 bath, with actual nice views of the city for under 3m. A harbour front condo 3200 sq ft ph suite for 3.1m. Ground level condos for that price with absolutely no view or sunlight what’s so ever should be Atleast 3500 sq ft especially in the entertainment district.

It depends on buyer's preferences. I would love to have lower floor. Over pricing if thats the topic, there must be some answers for it and easy to find out when im ready to purchase as such. I like the observation and comment, good or bad, the results will have better understanding in the end. Nice property, for me!
