I had lunch at The Kitchen during a visit to Liberia earlier this year and had palm butter and rice. It was delicious! Definitely a do over on another trip.

Palm butter is one of my favorite dishes and THE KITCHEN is the place to be on Wednesdays for Palm Butter and any other day!!!
