This video does the place justice. The best time to go out, in my opinion, is in the afternoon right when the sun is setting. What an experience. I've had many good memories in 30A.

It used to be far more beautiful before the development began...but people chase beauty at any cost,with the natural bioregion and habitat becoming at risk.money...while the grace of original landscape disappears.30 lifestyle???????this is native-american land.bless you our brother...please be wise...as in the end we are held to the highest degree.love,miss k

What about the Hub and prominence? You skipped over that one quick🤷🏻‍♂️ so many people in the local community look down upon that area yet they love to utilize the hub for a place that their kids and families can actually have a good time, where else on 30 A could you go and have 200+ inch screen TV with DJs movies food trucks restaurants shops you name it, the local community from Rosemary to Watersound love to use it yet don’t want to claim it as part of the community, always makes me laugh.
