Ce balcon n'est pas un Juliette hein, il est bien trop grand. Il est juste en longueur et fin, ce qui n'en fait pas un balcon Juliette. Copine Rejoy (j'espère avoir bien écrit ton prénom), la cuisine est petite. À tel point que le frigidaire empiète sur la salle à manger, qui n'est même pas spacieuse ... Sinon, j'aime beaucoup les placards, surtout ceux du bas.

I think i'll start sounding like a broken record but some of the apartments you guys have been showing us lately are just not matching the price tag... 8.3 mil for that kitchen space! 8.3mil for that balcony space! 8.3mil for that dinning space.. weeuh .. basically the location is what is being sold here.. "Kilimani" and soon kilmani will be another "pipeline".. ngojeni mtaona..

it can never be like pipeline.These apartment are expensive and decent.They are regulated and not everyone can afford to pay 8.3 M and monthly service charge of 7.5k .The service charge help in maintenance of the apartment.There is bore hole and backup generator making it impossible to for it it resemble pipeline slums.

Honestly, tuache kudanganyana. Pipeline and Kilimani in the same sentence? Please tell us something else but not that. This is not to mean that Pipeline is a slum but it cannot be compared to Kilimani.
