Did you make the orange and black bag for the rack? Also what were the orange cages for the fuel bottle on the seat post?

Sorry for the slow response...I was out on the trail :-) Yup, I made that rack bag from colorful fabric scraps right before the trip. The orange cages are from Widefoot, made in Nebraska! They're fantastic.

How big is that rack-bag? Do you have a link to that bag?

I made that rack bag from colorful fabric scraps right before the trip. I'm not sure the size...it was sized specifically to fit the stuff I needed to pack in it (-40* sleeping bag + some clothes)
