Great job, I love stopping by this lounge and have also made a review sharing my perspective. If anyone is interested, why not check it out after watching this

Good stuff - thanks for sharing! I've visited the C1 Lounge at DFW quite a few times..DEN looks much bigger. I agree they've done a great job with the aesthetic and food & bev options.

I’m curious how they keep the food hot/warm with individual plating. That sloppy joe looks cold. If they keep the food at the necessary 140 degrees to prevent bacteria from forming, does that make the serving plates hot?

the staff rotates and refresh them often from what I can remember. I think there’s also heat lamps and cooling trays

I'll be in the Denver airport next month, so I will check it out. Though I don't have a CapitalOne credit card. Maybe they'll let me peek in.

Is the food free?
@LK_EBM9 ай бұрын
Of course. You're "paying" to enter, everything is complimentary inside

How is this a good thing? U can’t come until 3 hours before ur flight? What is u have a very long connection??? How is that beneficial with that large annual fee????
@szhinkoszhinko500611 ай бұрын
im not sure if that is true. when i was in dallas i visited the capital one lounge there and my layover is 8 hrs and i stay there the whole time. i did this in two different occasions and i didn’t have a problem coming in very early ahead my next flight.

It is true for Denver. I arrived at Denver ( wasn’t departing) and I was told that the lounge was for departures only. I asked for the manager (Esmeralda) and she was more than understanding AND professional! She gave me a tour and I enjoyed my stay. I do plan on contacting Capital 1 as anyone with a Venture X card, whether arriving or departing, should be permitted to enter. Period. A very special shout out to Esmeralda!!

It's done to keep the lounge not full, and is a pretty standard rule amongst lounges I've visited ( 3 hours max, departure only ). If your flight is delayed, you can stay longer. I agree it kind of stinks to wait, but at the same time, the lounges wouldn't be enjoyable if you had people camping out for 8+ hours a time

@@bashildy but why would anyone pay the large annual fee with HUGE restrictions???
@bashildy11 ай бұрын
@@SKS8080 I've been a no-fee cash back credit card user with the same card for all my life, but when I added up the lounge access with C1VX, the travel credit, the rewards, and other comps, it nets me a cost savings per year based on the amount of travel and purchases I would have made regardless of owning the card or not. This first year i'm getting $300 in a travel credit, $100 for my Global Access I was going to get anyway, which in itself pays for the membership fees. The lounge makes my trip pleasent, as I fly frontier which is dirt cheap and not always the most relaxing experience. And the lounge is right next to all the frontier gates. My flight got delayed on the tarmac, so the grab and go alone saved me what would have been an unhealthy $15-$20 snack/drink package on Spirit, to a health enjoyable meal in-flight. These things add up over a year, being based out of Denver.
