Before the gut and remodel this house actually sat empty for 2 plus years untouched. I drove by this property everyday and wondered what would ever become of it as it sat empty and abandoned with a chain link fence around it for so long. But fast forward to today's time after a full gut and remodel has been done, it's really nice to see it's ready to be lived in now. The ranch house that's next to it is actually for sale right now and the plans are for someone to tear that down and build another big beautiful home.

The Sqft of this house is one of the biggest I'm seen Toured and Covered...I really love the Tour Darren and seeing this house!! I'm in Awe once Again just seeing how beautiful it is laid out, from the Living, Dining, Kitchen, and That Movie room...I've never seen a More comfortable couch....I could definitely fall Asleep in there haha!! I also love the bedrooms in here they are all so Spacious..Have you seen a more Bigger Master bedroom? That Shower it's just Mind Boggling...it still leave me speechless and that Closet Space is just unreal. And I also love the little balcony space that looks super private I really like that so much! The Guest house is so so nice a really great Space for gathering and Entertain your Guest...I think if I own this home i don't mind turning that Bottom Space into a Movie room and The one from the Main house ill turn into Another bedroom just in IMO.. or Also a Game Room will be nice since it is such an Open Space next to the pool Area. Plenty of Space In here from kitchenette, Through the Bedroom Upstairs and seeing Another Great Area makes this house, a house that you could definitely Own and Love. I'm Speechless still but I Totally love the Exterior of this home... Modern Light Fixtures outside as well is so Unique to me. Awesome main and guest houses, Darren! I would want to have the bottom level of the guest house changed into a game room and the top level into an exercise room. If I would of have cars, I would have either a ferrari, Lamborghini, rolls royce, bugatti, or maybe a different car. Thanks a lot!

This is a beautiful house despite being a fan of modern design houses instead of the traditional design house. The interior design is awesome, there is plenty of space and all the room are the right size. I like the open design living room, dining room, and kitchen. I like the chandelier on the stair and dining room. I like the white quartz island kitchen. I like the open design master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I like the balconies. I like the pool and the guest house. The interior of the house is spacious. I like the French doors, I prefer French doors to sliders. To make this house look modern I will make the front design look like the back and I will make the roof flat.

Farm isn't my thing, it's curious that it's popular in LA but pretty nice interior, nothing exotic. The price seems high but maybe Encino is popular being close to 405 and just might swing the price or close to. 7 million is very real money and that gets you something pretty serious on the right side of the mountains with a view.

Beautiful. But good luck if you own this home and ever have to turn left out of your driveway in the mornings. Its bumper to bumper crazy traffic with people trying to get to the 405 onramp or Sepulveda blvd to get into the Sepulveda pass. Few houses south on the same street is home that is/was owned by one of the NBA Kardashian baby fathers. If this home was near where I live in Amestoy Estates in Encino it would be $2-3 million more.
