Maybe refurbish an old Spartan camper or Aeroflight camper would make a great rental trailer. Plenty of wood to work with thus right up your alley.

@@WolfesWorld I have a few suggestions and Uncle Wolfe you are stubborn as heck but here goes(and please listen allow your mother or son's if they are on the property to do so)grow these first: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, green orange yellow squash/ , lettuce, carrots, cabbages, snap beans, during the Early spring summer months[ uproot, remove soil and anything from the ground you are trying to seed ] "if necessary burn the ground too" it keeps other plants from throwing back. Get some medium grade B soil and fill up the ground mixing it with other minerals like these apple cores, banana pills, "chicken bones *dried is the best type* or get some fish bones from the local fish market I'm sure the butcher would happy to get rid of all they have that day. Again you mix all this up and level the ground continue to turn it over and over this will take a few minutes to do and let this set for about a week or two. This soil will be the food source for the roots of your plants. Kagan would understand this too called "composting" all the creoles,Indians and any natives do this hard work bit it Works I promises you. Than you place all your seeds in individual pots to germinate than place them in the ground either via early morning or late the evening.. cover than them up too

Bare roots are also an option for trees. You just need to be mindful of that you pick a variety that works best for your area.

If I haven't commented as much, Jerry, it's not that I don't care. I just don't want to create stress for you. Stress is for Kenan! When you screw up or do something real funny, I'll be back! 😁 So, how are the corn snakes? They blooming more this year? Do the bats feel happy with the insect load of the area? The less venomous snakes I don't mind. The bats might freak me out. I definitely wouldn't walk around nesting bats without a cap on!

Who is she? Is she a local just helping you out, or is she someone who has a channel of her own? I'm not as far south as you (central Tennessee), but I'm always in the market to learn more about what to plant, where. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and ideas. My plan is to get a couple aldabras from Sam in a couple years, so it's always a good thing to listen to how other reptile keepers think. I love the monitors you and Kenan keep but I just dont want to deal with the possibility of being bitten.if a tortoise gets me, well then, I guess I probably should get out of the game 🤣
