These days 'smart city' means something different, and with all that open space and sunlight... this estate could be grided up into a self sustaining solar-powered paradise, with IOT technology sprinkled around everywhere... automated blinds or drapes, lighting, lawn sprinklers, voice command tech... maybe even some autonomous Evs just for the estate ...just some next level tech would hv been nice and it looks like they have the cash to make it happen.

is the view for every bedroom....i mean the balcony, i just saw the courts.....do the home owners have free access to the sports facilities???? How many bedrooms???? We didn't see the bathrooms which is a huge factor for many.....This could have been part of the viewing. Have another video done and show us before we can visit.
