I lived there for a year back in 2012 when Marbella was still nice and quiet (like now under lockdown). The occupancy back then was some 10%. I believe now it is 25% with more in the summer. The resort has a clubhouse around 5000 m2. It is the former residence of the owner of what would be named La Zagaleta who was jailed and his possessing sold to the swiss company that owns it today. The clubhouse hosts the golf club and restaurant etc. Back then the average age of people dining there felt like 80. However due to many events all kinds of people are being catered to. Living in La Zagaleta is like living in the country. Every commute no matter where you are going (except shopping which is 15 minutes away) takes 1/2 hour each way. So better stay at home and have your staff do the shopping for you. Everybody who owns a golf share can play the golf course. Besides when there are tournaments you have the golf course for yourself. The houses in La Zagaleta are significantly cheaper than houses closer to the action. If you don't mind the drive, it is the best value for money. Google 'la zagaleta' and you get most your questions answered.

I saw alot of high pricy mansions on here, some of them looks like a hotel or a shopping mall . But the mothern mediteranian style is way better. It feels homy and cozzy and wellcoming .

Hi Artur & TEAM. Gorgeous property (I'm a golfer) I've never seen such a large space on 1 floor before. That spa area is Truly ONE OF A KIND. Can u kindly provide a rough estimate of the on going costs (yrly taxes, maintenance fees, insurance, golf fees, etc) I must say I've never seen a bathroom in a WIC before. Besides the property I MUST mention the up scale & professionalism of your videos. The entire team that is responsible should take a bow and be very proud of such production quality. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the story line at the beginning. Gorgeous people in Costa Del Sol showing a Gorgeous home/property while driving Gorgeous Ferraris all over looking a private Gorgeous Golf Club - La Dolce Vita:-) FYI -This property with ocean, park and city views (270 degrees) in The British Properties in Vancouver, Canada would probably fetch close to $40M Cdn. The Property tax would be about $12K/mo and the same for insurance. Thank you for your production value again. GORGEOUS!!! All the Very BEST!!!

Looking very nice, and the view is just the best. But only 4 cars in the garage and where is the Home Cinema ??? at 1:49 where you are standing outside, there is a cut-out in the tiles, and I assume that is has a purpose. Otherwise a dream to live in that place.
