If you add another airport, it might be worth putting an amusement park nearby it. Tourists won't have to go far to get their fun and thus won't add too much to the traffic. Dedicated roads for the amusement park and parking will keep normal traffic from getting caught up with the tourists, too.

He does use mods. Quite a handful of them actually. For the actual complete list, im just as clueless as you are. But you can see the various main mods he does use in this series. Traffic manager presidential edition Super Demand More Landscaping Tools Garage Startup money mod P.S. these are just some general names that i can remember off the top of my head and may not be exactly what the name of the mods are. Also, im just guessing for some.

You should make a subway terminal like so if a peep is at the new commercial and wants to go to the international airport they get the subway to the terminal then get the subway form the terminal to international airport so all lines go from one location to the terminal
