Next time you're catching them shallow try thr strike king hybrid hunter Jr. That thing just at out catches a lot of fish and big ones too. I've been absolutely wrecking them for the last 3 weeks on it in 3-6 feet of water and not just at 1 lake either. I've caught them in 3 different lakes and a river on that bait.

I’ve tried to use my AT1 in the shallows and not too successful. Too hard to distinguish fish from grass . Laughed my ass off when you opened the bail with the little bass on…..not that it was “bait”. 🤣
