It depends on your preference, I use 51 as an AR, which makes the enemy as large as possible for every gunfight. The downside to this, though, is that enemies doing movement at extremely close ranges are harder to track, and if enemies are hiding in deep corners, I need to turn my screen more to clear them. These downsides are undesirable as an SMG player. So what most pros do is use balanced FOVs between 60-75, and then you have a few anamolys outside of that range who use the maximum or minimum.
