Nice work by both Ted and Dug on this... (well and the other two as well)... Seeing a convergence of King's X brilliance and Tourniquet brilliance is .... awesome.

Spectacular treatment on the drums by Ted Kirkpatrick! The perfect way to emulate the timbales that were used by Bill Ward on the original Black Sabbath studio version. Best drumming on Children Of The Grave since Bobby Rondinelli on the 1994 BLACK SABBATH "Cross Purposes" tour.

Had to look twice, before I could believe that Tim Owens played a song together with Karl Sanders. I hope he will have a part in a Nile song one day!

I've been listening to this album a ton, specifically this song. It was a really genius idea to get Ripper on Vocals! Can't wait to hear your next project, Ted! Stay metal everybody!

Heavier than the original version; it is a clue of what the next Tourniquet will sound like. Ripper is amazing on this track he plays with his lower range than when he was with Judas Priest and Iced Earth. This is a powerful cover as the drumming is more upfront. Eric Wagner was amazing on this too with Electric Funeral. Trouble used to cover Children From The Grave live as when I saw them in 1997 they pulled out the Sabbath cover from Masters of Reality. You should tackle Tony Martin's tenor with Sabbath as his time was criminally underrated as he did some strong Sabbath tracks in the 1980s and 1990s.

+jhon chapter 3 verse 16holybible So while I would hardly call any of Black Sabbath's music "christian" this song has a theme of an internal and external struggle against evil. Why is that bad?

+jhon chapter 3 verse 16holybible You seem like a harsh judge. I wouldn't want to be caught accused in your court. One tip, though. Try to read John 3 v17-18 as well. And then think it over once more...

Kjetil Hvattum i agree with you but black Sabbath is one of the devils music preachers as in a interview on the cbn 700 club pat saw in the paper i believe a satinist was asked why don't they have evangelists he said we don't need um with all the nonchristan music and movies tv shows magazines and now the internet i love tourniquit there my favorite but can't sell drugs and say don't use them in the same way can't be a Christian and clam to be leading people to Jesus Christ and then you had um over to the devil and we must garde our mind's what we put in it bacicly garbage in garbage out while i don't listen to nonchristan music because of the lyrics the music good i use to listen to black Sabbath and othsrs ps think of the band name black Sabbath a Satanists ritual or ceremony to the devil why they probably chose that name to to be as nonchristan as possible i pray im wrong about being concerned about tourniquit love um have all there cds sham how some Christian and Christian music artists becoming ashamed of Jesus Christ not in song lyrics special thanks or anything now day's unlike the 80s and 90s Christian music was very bold about Christian faith i would hate to see tourniquit go away from Jesus Christ as fam can be very corrupting don't mean to be judgmental but you must be careful
