Tousem Electricity failure addressed by one Chairman

Electricity is one of the most important blessings that technology has given to mankind. It has also become a part of modern life and one cannot think of a world without it. Our day to day life depends heavily on electricity.
It is a matter of shock that Tousem Sub-Division, Manipur has been without electricity since the month of April. This is greatly disrupting the daily activities of the people. We appeal to the concerned authority to look into the matter and restore electricity at the earliest.
