I've made a table for all Easy French and Super Easy French videos where I write the number of the video, its topic and then mark how important it is to me. Thus I can go back any time and see the ones I want to watch over and over again. Sometimes I'll go back to videos I have not seen for months or even years. Sorry, to repeat it, but just in case you can not find it or it doesn't follow this video directly for you as it does for me. So here was my comment. Sorry, but I have a question off topic from your video which is very helpful. While studying French in Tours I had a French teacher who suggested using a pen or pencil to help with French diction. She suggested putting it in the mouth and reading out loud. One problem I have is I can't remember how to put it in my mouth, across it holding it with my teeth, or like a straw. Have you ever heard of such a technique and if so, how does one place the pen? Thanks for your videos. Merci, Victor de Flint, Michigan. Well, what do you know. Before sending this video I decided to google using a pen or pencil for better French pronunciation and in fact, it does seem to be a suggested method but in a way different that I do it. There are even videos on KZbin for this.

@@EasyFrench I wrote 'using a pen or pencil for pronunciation' in the search section of KZbin and I got some videos mainly for improving English pronunciation though the person who suggested it to me was a French woman who taught French a la Institute de Touraine. I thought like you, that could be great for the 'u' sound and I've done it that way, but most videos have the pen across the mouth which I find also forces the lips to move forward and really work for the 'u' sound. It also helps the Parisian guttural sound in words like très and rouge. Who knows, this could be a lot about a little. Thanks for responding and you ladies are doing a great job. Any videos on French gestures? Accents are so difficult to change especially as an adult. I try not to worry too much about mine. Plus I love accents; they can have so much charm. Funny, I've often though that using a straw a lot could help with the French U. A side note. My best friend (US) came to visit me in Tours in 1983, shortly after that I left for Spain. That friend is still in France (Pau) all these years later. He's never returning to live in the US. His French son is my godson. La prochaine fois je vais écrire en français. Tengo que admitir que me sale más fácil escribir en español.

@@justicelover5497 tout d'abord, tu dois améliorer ton français. Tu dois dire " mieux parlé " parce que mieux est un adverbe qui modifie le verbe. Moreover, there is no such a thing like "her Spanish is better than mine is". Simply, there are different dialects and none of them is better than others. Whatever language you speak, you may have the standard or a dialect of it, but that doesn't mean you speak better than other people who speak your same language. Tu dois définitivement lire un peu de la linguistique.

Je dois définitivement améliorer mon français, je suis encore un débutant dans la langue française mais j'étais au Salvador je ne pouvais pas comprendre rien de tout vous parlé.. Je suis un locateur native de l'espagnol et j'arrive a entendre que il y a beaucoup des dialectes dans notre langue mais Judith a vraiment a mieux parlé l'espagnol que beaucoup deal gens du Salvador et Honduras. @@justicelover5497 así es. El español tiene muchos dialectos. El español que hablan en Chile es diferente que al que hablan en México, España o Cuba. Pero no es que uno de esos paises use un mejor español. Simplemente son variaciones del lenguaje. Por la conquista de los españoles, el idioma se expandió y mezclo con otras lenguas tenían las personas nativas de América en ese entonces.
