Thank you for sharing your recipe of ever popular "Tauk Tauk Kyaw" which is one of my favourite dishes indeed. In fact, I just have tried your way of cooking exactly in a stepwise way as in your video and it has turned out very nicely as expected. Taste wise is ... very moreish. The recipe is simple, easy and not unduly time consuming. As I love to have celery, I included thinly chopped pieces which certainly enhances the taste as well as the look of it (looks more colourful too) about 2 minutes before I transfer to the plate (so as not to overcook it). That being said, constructively I would like to add 3 points as follows ... 1. I am impressed that you use 'light soy-sauce' in place of salt, which also adds flavour additionally ... what a nice twist!. 2. You also use 'Chicken Powder' in preference to 'MSG' as flavour enhancer, a choice people with high blood pressure may be happy with. 3. It is advisable that we should all use a dedicated separate clean chopping board (and knife too) mandatorily for 'Raw Meat' for health and safety, hygienic reasons. I certainly will recommend your great recipe to others in my social circle who are "Tauk Tauk Kyaw" lovers too.
