I agree completely Kelli! Love mine! Many months ago I got a fantastic deal when they were only charging $49 for the oven as long as you placed a certain number of orders within a reasonable time. Great deal, but it's worth so much more than that! More impressed with the food than any other food delivery service I've tried and let me just say .... absolutely the most well-done and "error free" website I've dealt with in ages and if there is any problem at all the Customer Service folks are AMAZING! Yay for Tovala! 😋❤

I just bought a used one from someone who is upgrading to the newer version! Got it for $80, which is a steal!! I don’t plan on using the subscription service, but it’s really nice for anything I can throw in there and set on my phone!!

I got mine just under 2 weeks ago and love it so much! I signed up for the meals but they won’t come in until next week - so excited to try!!! I work from home and typically skip lunch or eat something bad, or ubereats almost daily because I’m in between meetings etc. The fact that I can use my Trader Joe’s frozen lunches is life changing! I love the butter chicken from their frozen section and the only thing I didn’t love was that I had to preheat the oven (I’ve been trying to use the microwave the least possible) and with my tóvala, I just scan my Trader Joe’s meals, pop it in and forget about it. I used to forget my meal in the oven sometimes because of work and now the app even tells me when my food is ready (and shuts off on its own - no more fire alarms 😂🙌🏼). I can’t wait to try their meal service next week!!! What are your favorite meals or go to ones you keep in rotation?

I showed my husband, and he also thinks this looks amazing. We will be saving up to get one and start planning on putting this into our budget. I do Shelfcooking too but my stress levels are hitting the roof trying to plan and cook meals while I'm also busy with working on our house, homeschooling and taking a class. I love good food but I just can't keep putting so much work into it. This thing gives me hope!! We recently bought a convection oven/microwave/air fryer that we get a lot of good out of, but again, this looks amazing. And I love that it also steams. I need to eat more veggies but I just get sostumped and in the winter on the northern Plains salads are just not cozy ans our veggies aren't quality in the stores either. Thank you!!!

I think covid has really changed the way I look at dinners. I used to enjoy cooking or the occasional eating out, but now I don’t handle going to the grocery store well, I am burnt out on meal planning bc the kids and john are now home all day long for all three meals, and I have zero time to myself to even think about what third meal of the day that will be healthy will be.

@@ItsJustKelli YES! Our town had to mandate masks because our numbers were going sky high and it's the worst it's been here where I live. People have been fighting about masks like crazy, and I'm just wore out from it. I am one of the main ones that does my mother's shopping, too, because of her health. I've gone to PB&J for lunches or leftovers, which has helped, but I miss good food too! But yeah, there's just so much more to it right now.

That is so fancy!! I love that it is synced on your phone. So if my kids want to make something I can monitor if needed from work. Or turn it off, if they forget! :)

I don't think you can turn it off from the app, but maybe. Most things are timed. The other option though would be to buy a smart plug to go between your outlet and the device. That you could totally cut off whenever from your phone.

That’s great for you! We all spend our money differently and spend our time differently. Both john and I are super busy with kids, projects, work, and our home improvements so we use tovala to help keep the stress levels down!

People have completely lost touch. Nobody wants to grocery shop or cook from scratch anymore... or even use their actual ovens/stoves. Gadgets and meal subscriptions are not the answer, take the time to meal plan and purchase the ingredients... cheaper and makes more sense.

I think that’s some really one sided thinking. Not everyone enjoys doing that. I make two meals a day already for my family bc we are all home and I also do housework, clean, work from home, do all of our lawn care, and anything else that ever needs to be done. I am not out of touch, I just spend my time in different ways.

Sad. You don't know how people. Live. I personally love making neals from scratch. But thats me. Some families are really busy and make many meals, But they may also like to have an easy meal maybe once a day. They could do mealkits for dinners only or during the week then cook togetber as a family on the weekend. People all have different lifestyles that should be repsected. And its nice to have someone like Kelli that does honest reviews for people to trust. Let's try and be positive. People need positive right now.
