If you really hate the fact that Lord Shiva and all other Vedic deities have been called as demigods in the scriptures published by the Bhaktivedanta Trust or precisely publications subscribing to the idea of ISKCON, then what are you doing here? Sarcasm has its own limits... And for your kind of information all Puranas have been written in the glory of their purushasuktam or the primordial deity they are dedicated to. A Purana specifically being a piece of ancient literature is not meant for coming to the conclusion regarding who is the superior deity amongst so many gods in our religion.. Puranas were for benefitting the common being to find a certain path in which he or she would continue his or her spiritual endeavours, only in a way to get closer to the eternal truth through tales and textual anecdotes which would feature the supreme being manifesting itself in one of the forms. And, above all the parables mentioned in the puranic texts for extracting an essence of spirituality and morale, instead of pointing out clauses which would result in a foolish comparison among the different Gods of the same pantheon. So, please do remember that Puranas dedicated to any God, aren't there to influence your perception of any particular deity but to arouse within you the realisation of the omniscience of the Divine. And, elements such as appraisal, hierarchical comparison are a part of the narrative in which Maharshi Ved Vyas must have composed the Mahapuranas, if you are a person who would only be carried away by those exclusive details, then you are heading for nothing but delusion.
