In the case of a disabled person being assaulted by a Caucasian in Lake Worth, FL while the disabled veteran was exercising his 1st amendment rights, PBSO DID NOT fulfill their duty to protect the public nor the victim, instead they chose to take the path against the victim who was sent to the hospital by attempting a failed lawsuit in conjuction with a failed attempted seizure in violation of 4th ammendment rights re: seizure, in this case via a special magistrate in palm beach county. This institution is NOT selfless and they don't care about people they don't know, not even disabled people victims of an assault, nor disabled veterans.
