I hurt someone very close to me so badly by escalating conflict and beung aggressive and emotionally out if control - so much so that they don't want me in their life anymore. I completely understand and it was a wake-up call that I need anger management and a whole bunch of other stuff. It was a humbling experience and it was so so good and extremly painful. God sent me this person to help me become better by being humbled like that and it is a mercy. God also sent me people to manage the pain after the break-up, and I am so thankful. It is all goos. Blessings to everyone seeking relief here. 💗

I have the most amazing partner. However, I'm still on a journey with my emotional regulations. I can handle judgement from all the people in the world. But not him as his words mean life to me. But I guess, there is anger inside of himself and at times when he has big emotions he will say things that could kill my soul. I understand it's not him speaking, but words are powerful. I now am sitting at a cafe listening to this and trying to hold back my tears. I just got 4 stitches on my wrist because I was on the edge of ending my life. I love him and he has the most gentle heart. But.. I want to live.
