Hey brother, good video! I’m hired in as a new green deckhand for Ingram. Very excited for this new career opportunity. I’m a Marine veteran and have yet to find a sense of purpose and camaraderie since I left the service. I’ll leave out on 26th of this month for my first trip. Going to do my orientation and see where they take me from there. Suggestion for a video, maybe do some tips and information for green deckhands who have no prior experience. Things to expect and stuff like that. Maybe some things that people could brush up on to help give them an edge in the industry. Tips, pointers, safety, boat life, etc. Thank you for your insight and I look forward to more content! Good luck in all of your ventures and Godspeed!
