My v3 bought in January. Used once and now fails to hitch (as per video), so is practically useless. Very poor post-sales assistance and little sign of warranty support. The TowBoxUK entity that sold it cannot be reached by phone and their email bounces. Simply looking for their assistance and if that is not forthcoming, a refund. Be warned.
