TO EVERYONE WATCHING THIS VIDEO, YOU ARE NOT SCAMMED IF YOU BROUGHT ENGINEER. he missed out a really key point about engineer, the partial stun immunity with the bubble shield. Also as more special modes, enemies and bosses have debuff abilities like wox(pizza party) and reapers(hc), the unavailability of receiving changes from buffs and debuffs will be more valuable in the long term because the devs are trying to make more unique bosses and enemies, this makes it so that engineer is extremely worth it in the long run, also she has every detection just like sniper, but sniper is not good at late game, so engineer should be the go-to tower to bring in any first run of any event or special mode, as you are at least prepared for what the mode will throw at you. Furthermore, engineer will be receiving buffs discussed by the devs to make it to about 400 dps, so be sure to look forward to that. Also kenu's calcuation of accelerator with commander's dps is wrong, so don't let that drive you to not get engineer. Dont get me wrong, accelerator is extremely good, but it should not be directly compared to engineer as engineer can do everything but accelerator cant, such as early game and all the detections along with partial stun and partial debuff immunity.

I personally think sledger is A tier. The early game effectiveness isn’t great as it suffers from the same problems as warden (can’t handle crowds) but later on once u get a few sledgers to lvl 3 then it really starts to shine as each hit freezes enemies for 2 seconds so against slower moving bosses you can pretty much stun lock them if u have enough and paired with accel and other fast fire rate towers like mini this is honestly amazing. The damage is decent but it’s main goal is to just slow the enemy as much as possible and it accelerates in that job as most bosses can barely move once in a few of the sledgers ranges.

Accelerator has ~381 dps with commander considering the burst duration is effected by commander and not the cooldown itself, multiplying by 1.55 creates a vastly larger number full equation: 3000 ÷ (2 + 2 + [3000/50 x (0.108/1.55)])

The problems are that Medic is definitaly S or minimum A but cant be below bc it's supporting ability is really op Mortar shold be A or B bc it gets outclassed by glad and it's really only usefull in pizza party Shotgunner should A as it's insanely good at speedruning if you dont have glad Warden should be A too bc of it's insane single target dps and no placement limit Also bc of overcharge working more different than burst used to it doesnt get affected by commander fully(1.25 rather than 1.55) Edit:I forgot to mention that mortar în game single target dps is smaller bc it only hit 1 out of the 3 cluster bombs And engi is A bc it's really not that good

Sled is S tier: Sledger has decent dps good for support it freezes enemys and it can do double dmg while hitting frozen enemy also its fire rate is even faster than stun time so he always does double dmg he doesnt got fly or hidden detect but he can hit fly enemys and hidden enemys also its so cheap and good for late and mid games

Cowboy in A tier is something I have a problem with, cowboy will litterally NEVER make more money than Farm in this game anymore after the nerf, but I think deserves slightly above the middle of B-tier, simply because it's only decent, if you ranked gold towers golden cowboy would no doubt in my mind belong BELOW regular cowboy, only makes you money slightly faster because of faster firerate but the lower cost of regular edges it out, and no ones gonna max out golden cowboy for dps bc its so bad for dps and it makes less cash than regular at that level.

My personal complaints and overall (exclusively) _major_ disagreements about this video. Going from less major to most major (also kinda annoying you didn't give a full view of the the whole tier list, apart from mostly everything at 9:34 i think, just maybe something you could remember to do next time) Warden - (exactly) Middle B Tier I'm a real sucker for warden, This tower I can personally rank to a little below High A, This tower is unbelievably cheap for what it actually does, It gets HD at lvl 1, which btw, is $250 so $750 with the placement cost, It also gets an insane swingrate of 0.9s with 8 damage (might have to fact-check dmg l8r), Another aspect I really appreciate is the ability to hit enemies *everywhere* as long as they're within the range of warden by the moment it deals dmg, It also sometimes even hits enemies outside of the range almost as if it has a secondary range, but that's quite rare, It's lvl 2 also has very good value, getting 1 more range, going up to *12* damage, some things i prob forgot, and if i remember right, getting a faster swingrate, Might I also say, It has amazing range for being a (public!) melee tower, Next is it's lvl 3 which probably has the best value out of all the levels, Stunning every single hit, Doing an insane 40 dmg turning it into a midgame tower instantly, and getting supposedly longer stuns, all for a pretty good price of $4k, It's last level is also pretty insane, $14.5k, it supposedly stuns longer, deals now 100 dmg is just a huge stepup, and getting more range with the ability to block stuns every 0.25s if all that wasn't good enough, It practically only gets stunned to the templar/warden (Warden and Warden moment) or possibly if a ton of unknowns stomp at the same time. I don't play hc though, let alone that far. All of this also means that DJ and Commander help it out a LOT, DJ increasing its already insane range (and still being to utilize all of it) and also reducing its prices nicely, and commander letting it stunlock enemies if you have some lvl3/4 while doing amazing dmg since it takes a sizeable amt of time to defeat enemies. I do understand you ranking it a mid b due to the underwhelming crowd control. (i kinda did this first out of spite of me loving warden) (there's more where that came from) Shotgunner - High C Tier If towers closer to the left of the tier list mean its actually lower, I'll be flaming (future fibero speaking, further to the left means its closer to the next tier and thus better), This tower is simply just a little complicated to use, It's actually kind of cheap for what it can do, and for a 2.5k coin tower, It's definitely viable for speedrunning, some people like Elite saying it can be a replacement for Glad if you ain't got gscout, The main thing that makes Shotgunner good is it's bullet system, It has to be placed in a way that it faces the enemies *head-on* in a *straight line* so maps that have an early turn are incredible for Shotgunner, even better than corners (infact, corners might be one of the worst places for shotgunner), It decimates early waves, not so much those with faster enemies, but I personally think even if you can get most bullets to hit, It won't fare well for midgame where all the complicated enemies start appearing and endgame where you should just give up if your using shotgunner, But it's lvl 2 has pretty good value, It has a much denser spread and a lot more range, along with more dmg, It's later levels I think are kinda mid, but you can definitely do things with lvl 3+4. I could rank this a somewhat high B tier. Military Base - Top of C Tier I'm genuinely confused how you got to milibase being the top of C tier, It's probably worse than sitting under the not-often/very-controversial-A-tier, It seems quite good on paper, but really, I think it really peaked in Frost Invasion (happened to be when I mostly peaked haha (srsly i did 85% of everything there personally)), It hasn't received many buffs or nerfs since Frost, but it's simply the competition that changed, Nowadays, Less people are scared of a few earlygame enemies leaking, only really the babies that barely have any base health or are terrible at dealing with early game, I find that Milibase mostly accels in dealing with leaked enemies, due to how long it takes to actually get to doing damage, I do like how it summons a car almost instantly after replacing it (only 5s wait probs for u to fully load it and upgrade it), It's prices are also quite interesting, It has a pretty cheap upgrade to get the tank which is a lot better than truck with gun guy on top, (Lvl 3 probably has the best value though), Then it has an upgrade that used to be one of the most expensive if u ignored hc towers, now its just kinda.. there. like CB, and Militant. Elf Camp - Top of B Tier

Commander buff doesn't work(only work for explosive tower, hardcore towers and melee towers and works for frost blaster as well)..... the only time the buff work is the old commander with its real fire rate buff of it actually boosting fast fire bullet type rate tower.. (no hate)

The worse ratings you gave: 1. The reason you use scout instead of sniper, is because it’s FASTER at doing the same thing. 2. How is freezer not F tier? It sucks at support, DPS, lacks HD, & is overall the worst tower in TDS by a mile. 3. Cowboy can’t replace farm. Try to get all max accelerators and it will struggle to do so. And it gets worse with more and more players. It also feels like you’re wasting a slot, as it isn’t good for economy & there are better early game towers. This is the opposite of what cowboy is supposed to be, a 2 in 1, not a 0 in 2.

Now for Accelerator...his charging time sucks. Not only that but also the Accelerator isn't even the strongest in damage in case you are playing solo or even duo! Because of his weakness: placement limit. Which is something Golden Minigunner doesn't has.

You are very wrong in accelerator's dps with commander. Since the overcharge damage is independent to the firerate, you cannot calculate the total dps with commander by just timing the base dps of 286 by 1.55. Instead it is this: 3000/[(3000/50)*(0.1/1.55+0.008)+2+2] =3000/[60*0.072516129+2+2] =3000/[4.35096774+4] =3000/8.35096774 =359.2398023 Accelerator's dps is 359.24, not 443. You have a more than 80 dps miscalculation, which totals at a 640 dps difference with 8 accelerators. This is a 23.3% error, which is a big difference. This invalids your evaluation between engineer and accelerator. Im a bit disappointed as you are always more of an yt about information, but this time, just like ALL THE OTHER youtubers, you get it wrong because of laziness. I hope you reflect on your way of calcuation and i really hope you can change. Almost all the tds youtubers spread misinformation about accelerator's dps with commander, and I really like your content so i hope you wont end up like them. Im just trying to help

honestly I agree that swarmer is S tier i mean like right now you can place 40 towers, swarmer has no placement limit, and spamming 40 bee nades on the boss has ought to kill him right? although I would agree if he was mid to bottom A tier because no FD or HD so yeah.

Executioner is kinda suck people doesnt really use exe because it doesnt great for anything (except for dealing with breaker or crowd) exexutioner is one of the tower that can almost do everything single, crowd, HD, flying it can be use for early to the last wave but even it can be use on anything but keep it mind it doesnt best at anything, dmg is still weak for major boss or high HP enemy, range is just meh, fire rate is ok, targeting system is worst if you set target on first or last but can be great for furthest or random, price is alr balanced as you can see this tower can be the best event tower but get overshadowed by other towers. This tower is like hybird, can do everything but doesnt best at anything

warden is good why you rank warden to B? it is good in 3rd lvl they stun enemies each hit then in max lvl they have a shield which abuse stuns and does 100 dmg can you just rank this to A plz.

Engi had more dps than accel if it doesn’t got commander. In it got dj it affects the turrets so engi is the best tower in the game with out commander

Ok ik you put paintballer in d tier but Paintballer can actually hit leads. I use sniper and paintballer to grind hec for gems. Paintballer doesn’t get enough love and is honestly wave better that demoman because it’s damage is reliable and has way more range. Tbh idk why paintballer isn’t at least a C if not a VERY high d.
