You know when you left floor 10 because you didn't get enough power from your item but you know if you use any item then ether restart a battle or l9se you never wasted your item

Used items do come back. I left to a new save file because the game would've counted the turns I used in battles that ended in restarts on the results screen.

Oh no wonder when I played it if seemed like more turns than usual I do the same thing I keep restarting just to get enough power from the card

The amount of skills and luck needed is insane, how many runs did you do and the resets as well.

I was just replaying Tower of Doom recently and found this set of levels were surprisingly easy and gave me everything I needed for the boss, so I saved a file at floor 1 and kept practicing. Most of my time was spent working on battle 6, which took many days. Even with a fairly consistent strategy, you can see the pain I went through on that level in this video.

I was calculating all the turns including floor 5 and the lowest possible is 14 turns

Each level besides floor 5 takes 1 turn, which takes up 9/15 turns. Floor 5 takes 6 turns because there's a small blip of a hero turn you go through at the end of survival levels. The game counts this as a turn, so the total is 15.

Oh I never thought of that that reminds me of that one level in rayman in the phantom show where you survive for 6 turns but it actually 7
