A review how it should be done. No vague generalizations but a thorough explanation of various mechanics, so you can judge for yourself whether you'd like it or not.

I definitely think you should have spent more time talking about the world building. It's definitely one of the best I've seen in a game recently. The atmosphere is so well done and really helps convey how serious and important the heroes' mission is. Also, the music is truly breathtaking as well. Nevertheless, great review. I'm playing the game at the moment and am really enjoying it.

Great review. Your script is very tight and the information is well presented. Easy to understand what the game is about and get a good feeling about the gameplay. One thing that i noticed tho is that you have a lot of noise in the audio. Fix it. Other than that a very solid review. Well done.

I don't want comfortable I want fire and brimstone. This reminds me sort of BATTLE CHASERS which was absolutely a hidden gem.

Great review - compact but informative. I've seen Early Access gameplay, so I already have opinion. I see differences between Early Access and this version, developers have performed a great work - but the most confusing moment (for me) remains: if the Tower is pushed into soil upside down - why bookcases, fountains, stairs and hanging light sources are standing NOT upside down, but "as always"?! Pehaps it is some anti-gravitational magic, or it will be explained later - but this still haunts me... ;-)

2:42 not promising if the writing includes "*Does* any of your champions". Grammatical errors worry me in a game where the story is conveyed primarily through text. Crafting looks a bit wonky if you can't re-roll stats on an item. I could also see the dust problem that a lot of other games suffer where once your gear and drops reach a higher tier it's harder to get lower tier green dust. I'll withhold judgment on the combat system, besides saying the animations look clunky, but it'll be tough to compete with the depth of Divinity Original Sin which is a recent bar set for me
@Gothicssss6 жыл бұрын
Clean Living Honestly the combat is pretty intense, even at the early game, so you'll generally don't have too much time to focus on the animations. All of the animations go off rather smoothly though, more so than they look.

The game was made by a Polish team, so the grammar isn't perfect but that doesn't stop you from being able to follow the intention of the text. Green items drop at every tier, there's green/blue/purple items spanning five seperate tiers. So you wont be running out of it unless you spam a lot of crafting

Even big budget titles have misspellings. It shouldn't worry you

The review style was good enough, but it seemed lacking in depth.

good review, but for some reason I don't find the combat enjoyable like I do for other games which are somewhat similar. It is a shame too because it was on my wishlist for a while.

Very good, and well informative review. Have a Like. But both Mana + Skill Cooldown's in combination, is retarded game design. And I will not support such crap. Either have Mana, or Cooldown, never both! Stop treating the player, as s/he is too inept to manage the Mana-Pool. Or some kind of wondrous tactical choice. It is not!
@cleanliving16126 жыл бұрын
Eh I think you're a bit off base. It's a pretty common concept used in Dota 2 and Diablo 3 and many others, and gives the devs more dials to turn for balance. There is a big difference from a 300 mana 10 second cooldown spell and a 30 mana 300 second cooldown spell.
