This is a very beautiful place. Interesting. Probably, it suits the creative personality best, because it does not have a clear division into one or another room, but several more floors and is stunningly light, combined with dark parts of the walls. It's a very good layout, and space-saving. However, I thought at once that if I lived there, I would think for a long time how to clean there, given the number of windows and floors. Although I think it would be very interesting for me to live in such a house.

Yes, the tower looks very romantic, like in a fairy tale. But: thick walls, small windows and a long Finnish winter = dark, damp and cold. In addition: the many stairs are impractical in the long run. It is also questionable whether the heating system was renewed, Ville often had to defrost the pipes with a hairdryer in winter. I can understand that he has moved 😃, but I hope for the tower that it has now found new owners who love and appreciate it.

It’s disappointing that it’s so close to other more modern buildings and so close to the street. You’d think that something that unique, would be zoned with more land around it.

Helsinki is very expensive and landprices on the rise since the 80s... Ville might have become wealthy with HIM, but I don't think he is that rich to buy much land in Helsinki. Also the taxes in Finland are quite high.
