Hello. I ran in stairs running first time and it was in Rondo 1 this year and unfortunatelly I had 6:42 time which placed me at 140/522 place and I enjoyed this form of running and I will participate in May at Varso Tower. I hope to see you in next run! Greetings! 🙂 Subscribed

Damn. Impressive, I work in construction in skyscrapers, sometimes the lifts are not working, so I do tower running, I think I do 48 floors, 160m ascent in 7-8 minutes.

Yes. It’s safe to just wear socks only. Okay to also wear shoe.

Hi Dendi, to be honest towerrunning won't cause knee injury as it's a sport moving up against gravity. We only climb up and take the lift down.

I do the "same" 😂, i like trail running but, where i live it's sooo flat, this is for i run the stairs of my apartment a lot o time(30 meters), i prefer do it in the morning, 5:30 am or early, only wearing socks or even barefoot to be quiet like a ninja, for not wake up my neighbors😅.
