Let’s read this entire comment. I’m a four tour combat veteran and served 8yrs to my country and I’m all about our rights. What I don’t appreciate is using the constitution as a tool to provoke a reaction or to turn it into a debate on who is right and who is wrong. This may well be a protected activity, but the intention to use it as a tool to provoke or to get a reaction or anything els, that is not a protected activity and nowhere on any of the constitution does it say that. Cops or any government official that uses he’s badge to bully, be corrupt or violate peoples rights is a disgrace to their oath and uniform. So it’s the same to a bully with a camera and hide behind a so called protective active that doesn’t exist. The constitute is not a tool for pleasure, financial gain, or to bully for a reaction and then call it education. What I rather see as a supporter is, be a professional citizen and just say I’m here to educate on constitutional rights and how government should not violate them, and engage in an education, now if the government or law enforcement proceeds to say oh so what or I don’t care you can’t do that or this, then defend yourself like you should. You guys want law enforcement to act like professionals, then set the example and start professional, first impressions is key. But to people acting the same are both bullies and clowns.

Looks the same to me, it’s not an opinion, either way I back up the mission to protect our rights, just would like if it could be done differently, our constitution is not a tool.

The Lt was an asshole but so was the self-appointed "auditor". He became agitated because an anxious woman asked him who he was. If he can become offended, why can't she. If anyone is a Karen it's the man with the camera. I have no issue with auditing done correctly but this was done solely for the purpose of provoking a negative reaction. People have the right to be anxious and/or offended by the behaviour of others. Just because you have a camera doesn't take away their rights.
