Rather than hot showers, I'm more interested in the benefits of cold showers. Hot showers...well, my country isn't going to get cold for a long, long time. Last winter was a few months ago, after a fuckton of time wiithout more than 3 cold days in a row. Even then, the winter was half-summer in the best of days. I'm saying that there was basically no actual winter for YEARS. Also, for ADOGSW0RLD. Just vaguely saying that it won't clean you while implying that it kills basteria by itself is rather misleading. That depends on how hot the shower is. Like, almost skin burning hot I can understand, but just a little hot? The difference is not that big from a cold shower. (I can understand cold days, but that's the obvious exception, especially nowadays) Even then, it's just judging it by the temperature of the water, disregarding any other element/method that people use to clean themselves. Being thorough matters more than a little temperature difference, more often than not. No offense, mind you, but someone had to point it out so that people wouldn't be too confused.

Elo really doesn’t mean shit anymore lol, the playerbase is so small now that high ranks are consistently being matched with anyone around 1k. I’m like 1.8k and I keep getting into games with people who are like 800 elo as well as people who are like 2.3k+ in the same game It really feels like every game I’ve played in the last 2 weeks has had like 1k elo between the highest and lowest players

The ELO system is a joke, it just pairs up everyone at the end of 3 minute que, starting from highest to lowest elo. If you weren't put in the game to "re-balance" the que, you're put at the top of the pairing list.

I did a silent sk once. It was in classic and I actually won. The funny thing was that I wasn't even trying to be silent. I just kept getting distracted by other things going on. My luck was that absolutely no one even asked my role once, just let me be the whole game until I won. Edit: Thought I should add that this was around when I first started playing. Which was actually just a couple weeks ago now I think.

You might want to change your soap possibly. I've got crazy sensitive skin, if I try new soap its usually like I've instantly got acid on my skin so its possible your skin hates your soap now. I do also take long showers too!

Long hot showers are what causes that, in his case. Don't take long hot showers, it's pretty bad for your skin. During cold days, I can understand taking a hot shower, but most of the time, I wouldn't bother, especially long ones.

Shadow the hot water itch thing is because it’s burning you but it’s not hot enough to hurt like a burn, a heating pad will do the same when too hot on the same spot for too long. Also I’m a chef & when I get burns they start to itch like crazy when they don’t hurt anymore. To answer your question though, yes it happens to me & many other people, you’re not alone... it has to do with the nerves in your skin.

Yeah it sometimes happens if just get overheated, but I’ve noticed the more consistently I work out the less it happens (try doing stamina based cardio for a couple weeks like runs of 3+ miles preferably at least 5 miles, it should go away)

I'm allergic to heat (I get rashes in hot weather, lying next to someone, in the shower), and it can get itchy. If your skin is really red and splotchy it could be that you're allergic to heat as well

Taking too long in hot showers dries up your skin, burning essential oils and nutrients, making the nerves more sensitive, thus the itchy skin. Either his water is too hot, or he's taking too long. Probably both. That's also depends on ambient and outside temperature. Though hygiene, skin health stuff and the mentioned temperatures above do influence that by quite a bit.

Might also be something in the water. or if it is really cold. Are you talking about general cold water, or shower cold water? There's a big difference there. Because shower water is generally not as cold, since most showers don't cool the water. Hot showers cause his problems, though. Taking too long is pretty bad for your skin.
