It is not eerie, nor does panic rein the streets. You walk into the town of Barovia where the cobblestone underneath your feet always feel more hard every time you visit and clouds of mist swirl in to obscure your vision. Steel streetlamps illuminate the streets with a weak copper colored light for sallow townsfolk who huddle together for safety amidst the dark corners and beggars beg for spare change from shadowed streets with desperate pleas. Welcome to barovia, where none have change to spare..
