@@grimreefer5159 … absolutely spot on! I’m not going to say that videos like this do not have any value, but the advice given has to be taken with a little bit of skepticism. I won’t pretend to know everything about lifting off-road vehicles, but I’m not so keen on spacer/puck-style lift kits. If I wanted to put larger tires on my rig I would swap out the shocks, springs, control arms, track bar, tie rods, etc. … but I don’t. Mine has 35” tires from the factory(or 315/70R17, since they want to be specific) and everything else that came with the package. I’m in no rush to throw on stuff. I figure better things will come out in due time.

I respectfully disagree with some of this. I bought a soft top big bend without sas because of "constraints" and I got my bronco after a lot of nicer ones at my dealer. The thing that shows me is that no one knows anything about how this process works. I should have just bought what I wanted.

I just bought a 2022 Ford Bronco Black Diamond Sasquatch on 2/27/23. I bought it off the lot. I didn’t really think seriously about getting a Bronco until just very recently. Luckily Marshall Ford in Marshall Texas had the one I wanted. I’m very impressed with it! I have no plans to take it off-road. I just like cruising around town.

I just took delivery of my Bronco on Sunday (only waited about 4 months from placing my order). This was about half as long a time as I expected. What made it happen, and my advise to anyone, is this: find yourself a great dealership (one that does a higher volume that gets more order allocations) and a sales person who is knowledgeable on these things, just like these guys. I love watching Mitchell (and the TC team) because I can hear the passion for these vehicles and for helping people get just what they want (and I wish I lived close enough to pay them a visit). Because my guys took the time to explain what things would hold up my order and helped me narrow down what was most important to me, I got one of the faster orders they said they’ve seen come through. Did I get everything I hoped for? Nope. But, guys and gals, I frickin’ LOVE this thing! The best Bronco is the one in your garage (and what you drive on the trails).

Love that color on that Bronco plus all of the accessories. A friend of ours owns a Jeep Wrangler four door plus she works at our local Ford Dealership. When Ford first advertised the new Bronco she thought she wanted one until the dealership finally got one in & she got to drive it, she changed her mind, we asked why she said first her Jeep is paid for, it’s trouble free, & that the Bronco isn’t what it’s cracked up to be. Number two is the ones that have sold have been in the shop more times than been on the road, the customers get mad and sell them. Keep the contents coming and stay cool

2 things: Order what you want. My salesman was just like these guys-telling me I’d never get my 2-dr., BD, hardtop, Sas., w/roof rack and mod. bumper-I got it in 6 months. So don’t compromise, just order it. It’s mostly luck. Lastly, be careful putting all this aftermarket stuff on your Bronco. I’ve done that with 2 Jeeps, and I didn’t learn my lesson after the first one: ALL the aftermarket parts WILL rust first and FAST. Trust.

Reserved 2 door Base manual hard top summer of 2020. Put in actual order December of 2020 and was supposed to get it spring of 2021. Got pushed off and pushed off so long they upgraded me to a 2022 model no extra charge. Got mine last March and I love it. Ordered it with the modular front bumper, roof rails, block heater, and aux switches. Area 51. ( I actually originally ordered it in Antimatter Blue but that became unavailable so I went with Area 51 which I still love).

I love my soft top. Took delivery last November and had the rear windows out the first night. Finally put them back in about 3 weeks ago to prep for the Arizona summer. The top is off on our a Badlands every day…until it became 100°+ out here. LOL. As for waiting. We waited 18 months for ours. Badlands SAS Lux 2.7 w/tow package.

Even the guys at the dealership were surprised. Like 3 of them had broncos on order that hadn’t gotten there’s, they said only one other hardtop had came through there so everyone wanted to check it out… 4dr Area 51 hardtop, Outer banks, 2.7L, Sas, high pckg with mod front bumper… love it. Even to this day, I mainly only see nonsquatch soft tops here in Houston…

The main thing messing people up in getting their order is Ford's screwed up allocation system and all their orders going to big dealers that rip folks off with surprise adm.

My sticker price is $57800 so after my Ford price protection and my below invoice deal I'm saving over $5000 on a highly sought after trim and options package. In this day that's amazing. I already got the paperwork and everything. There was no funny business, 100% legit.

My wife and I ordered our Broncos at the same time in August 2021 and I got my Badlands just 90 days after her Outer Banks. We both have the 4dr hardtops, high package but hers has leather. So I basically waited 90 short days for a sasquatch package, modular bumper, tow package and 2.7 (hers is 2.3). Yes there's some delay but It's well worth that small wait as regret continues far past that delivery date.

Ordered Day 1, converted to order in March 2021, took delivery in Nov 2021, put 5,300 miles on it so far. Went to Off-Roadeo (that is an amazing trip) and at 5,050 miles, blew the fuel pump. Sat in the shop for almost 3 weeks waiting on parts (supply chain). It's a fun ride! 2021 A51 Blue Badsquatch, Lux, tow, soft-top.

I ordered in 2021. Since then my local dealership changed my order without my knowledge from the lux package to a mid without telling me. It has the Sasquatch on it, but they dropped the lux and other stuff. I week before Ford notified me that it is scheduled for production on 3/16/23 and I now have a VIN number, the same dealership called and offered me a cancelled order a week before I got the email from Ford. That vehicle was offered at 10K over MSRP. When I noticed on the email from Ford that it had the mid I asked asked the dealership about the dropping of the Lux package from my order, they initially tried to say FORD did it. I asked for a copy of the order they submitted and then after asking me to come back later due to printer issues. I was sent a cell phone photo, I could see they submitted the order with mid instead of Lux. I have all the copies, emails, and documentation of each of the original orders with the Lux. I know I could have upgraded to accommodate if they had dropped the Sasquatch Package, but am wondering if I can do anything to compensate for some of the LUX features being dropped from my Badlands -Sasquatch Package.

Ordered a base model with the sasquatch and overhead switches as my only 2 options over a year ago, got nothing but supply chain excuses as to why the build never got started. The build still hasn't been started, never got the email with my vin or what have you. My guess is that people who ordered base model are getting shafted so they can pump out the upper level models that bring in more money. I gave up a few weeks ago and bought a 4runner. Thing will probably outlast the Bronco by 100k any who.

22 Wild Trak base model here. I postponed 21 order to get in front of 22 line. It was built in Dec 21 and delivered in Jan 22. I think that aftermarket options are going to keep it going for years to come.

So another words I should have never switched to the Everglades trim because it come with modular bumper for the winch , the Sasquatch package, 12 inch screen and the hard top. So Ford should have never offered the Everglades edition with all the constraints problems with most of the parts that come on the Everglades.

About the towing capacity. I have towed with 3 manual Ford focus', a lot of the time around twice the "recommended"(1200 Lbs.) capacity and never an issue with the cars. Towing the same or more weight with a manual Bronco and it is like I am not towing anything. The more limiting factor of tow capacity is the length of the trailer's wheelbase Vs. the tow vehicles wheelbase. The longer a trailers wheelbase the easier it is to jack knife. Some important info that is not easily obtainable and should be on door jams. I found out about this from a friend that sued a camper dealership for selling him a camper that was too long for hi SUV.

Every time I consider changing anything on my order, the Ford Marketing reps tell me that Ford is committed to delivering all 2022 orders in 2022, and have told me to only make changes if I no longer want the options as opposed to sacrificing options to expedite my vehicle delivery. Curious to see if Ford is actually capable of producing all of their 2022 orders like they are claiming. I really do not want to re-order in 2023 (and probably won't, will go Jeep if that's the case).

I have a 2022 order and was told 2 weeks ago from my dealer that if I didn't remove the Hard top, I would have to re-order for 2023 since all hard tops have been allocated for 2022 and my order wasn't one of them. Remove the hard top and I "might" have my Bronco built for 2022

I own ford shares, but I’ll still say, if ford, at this point, isn’t willing to invest in solving their supply chain issues, buy something else. They’ve done a disservice to their customers. I'm still in shock that I got my Badlands Sasquatch Lux with the modular bumper way back in December! I just went over 7k miles on it. I intentionally optioned it with the 2.3L which has been fantastic, the soft top and no tow package since from what I understood were the big holdups. It is absolutely amazing as a daily driver, and epic on the trail! Worth the year and a half long wait easily!

@@bluwasabi7635 I test drove a demo vehicle with the 2.3L and honestly thought it was the V6, changed my order to the 2.3 that same day and my order got picked up almost immediately. I got it with the automatic transmission as well, I couldn't test drive a manual and was worried it would drive like a manual wrangler with the long shift throws, which I cannot stand. The 2.3L has plenty of pickup and has been a great motor so far, I was trying to order my Bronco with everything I had to have like the Sasquatch and Lux package, but things I could live without to get it quicker, like the hard top and 2.7L

I'd consider the soft top if I didn't live in PA in arctic winter hell. The factory soft tops just don't fit that great on the sides. Seeing the video of the snow blowing into the bronco broke it for me. I dropped towing, but I can't lose the top.

Ford has had supply chain issues going back to the mid 1990’s. I ordered a 1997 F-150 Lariat back in the day when they updated the body style, and I was told I had to wait weeks for carpet (for example) as it was sole-sourced. Ford has a bad time sourcing parts and scaling their production. That has, and will, always remain an issue for Ford.

It’s true, if you leave out the window panels, the soft top is very easy to move through its full range, easily less than 30 seconds by yourself. The window panels take a few minutes so still not too bad. If you don’t have to worry about rain, leave them off because you won’t get any more road noise. The sunrider look is also cool, and you have way better rearview! Personally, I like the soft top look on the Bronco better. The wrinkles on the window panels is a little unfortunate though. I would upgrade to the bestop but I wish it would go all the way back like it does for their Wrangler soft tops…

I drove down I-35 from Austin to San Antonio last week without window panels and soft top fully extended, and the road noise was probably quieter than with window panels. The A/C also seemed to be roughly as effective.

My issue with this is not their advice but rather for the price you pay for a Bronco, Jeep as well for that matter is I should be able to get it the way I want. My money my way. The other issue is Ford is selling these options on their website. If Ford can't get it it shouldn't be listed. They are selling phantom products. I blame Ford for this mess. I like the factory bumpers the best, goes for Jeep as well. Nothing against after market just my personal likes. As an aside two door Bronco to me is best look

I completely understand a good dealership trying to make the best of a bad situation, move more vehicles, and make more customers happy. That said, Ford corporate has so royally screwed over its customers that this one really hates the company now. My reservation was almost two full years ago. My Black Diamond order was just a standard mid level trim when I ordered it. The only thing I had to have was a tow package. That's just about the most everyday run-of-the-mill option for an SUV. The hard top was standard. The steel bumper was standard. Two years later my dealer is telling me I want a unicorn. I'm so sick of this that I may never buy another Ford in my life... if I ever get the one I reserved in August of 2020 and ordered as soon as they opened to order banks, and re-ordered as soon as they told me I had to roll to another year. Now I'm told I will never get my Bronco. Horrible.

Still haven't even got a confirmation email from Ford, even though the dealer assures me the order was accepted by Ford. It sucks that you have to start knocking off options. If I wanted a base model, I would have ordered a base model.

I definitely want a set of those Rock Slide Engineering step-sliders. Of course, I ordered my Bronco WITH all the "delay it forever" options, ha ha... Well, except for the hard top and tow package. So Lord only knows when I'll get my Bronco to put those sliders on. Having said that, I did get a build date a few weeks back. August 22nd (tomorrow!!!) Not that I actually expect them to build it then, of course. Or really any time this week. But if they build it sometime in the next month, I'll be happy. 🙂 Honestly, though, I don't expect it to get here until Christmas. Build dates can get pushed back. Shipping can take weeks, if not months. So if I have it by the end of the year, I'll be happy.

This is a very kool looking bronco I like it hands down and your feedback / vids are great as always, truly ty... but the #1 reason I ditched my ram is cause looking under it was about the same as looking @1:15 ... just makes me clench my teeth seeing surface rust on a rig this young ... great vid keep em coming ...

FYI. Some jurisdictions require trailer brakes for any trailer over 1000 lbs.

Well Mitchell, I guess I will have to wait, because I am one of those idiots that will be towing a trailer with a seven pin. The combination of my trailer and race car is right at, but under the 3500 lb limit for towing. Yes I have been waiting since Sept 9, 2020, for my Badlands, 2-door, non-Sas, 2.3L, manual, 4.7 gears, mid package. I need what I want. So I am humbly practicing patience, though it is hard. Especially since my build went from a MY21, to a MY22, with the second delivery promised from Ford passed in the first quarter 2022. But I need what I want, and want what I need. Yes I have other trucks to tow with, but I will use them when I am trailering the Bronco.😉👍🚙 Post Script: Love your videos, and have been a subscriber since 2020.

I love how these guys act like vehicles have never been without cameras and sensors. It's called pay attention to the road. A good rule of thumb is if you can't see the bottom of the vehicles tires in front of you, you're too close. Having calibrated sensors is absolutely not as life or death as these guys are making it out to be. Just trying to scare you into buying a service.

Ordered my Badlands with just the High Tech package as a 2 door manual. Unfortunately it comes only with a hard to produce hard top…..still waiting after almost 10 months with a Day 2 ‘22 order
