You know you can use expand option and expand the flooring over the ladder spots so no ugly spots are left in the middle of your room. Also I found that later on after most the surface baddies are killed you can outline the whole map with the harvest tool and it comes in handy.

Sips, for future reference: You don't actually need to stop your food production in order to get immigrants, just don't issue any finite orders such as mining, chopping trees, killing particular animals et cetera. I just got 4 new immigrants even though nearly all of my townsfolk were out in the wheat fields (was attempting to stock up food). Someone probly mentioned the above before, but I thought I'd say it anyway.

make a hospital so your soldiers can heal. When they get mortally wounded convert them back to civilians. Make more pig farms so you can have more meat and make more personal rooms. Thanks for posting your play through. Its fun!

The Yogscast crew is a lot larger now than they were when they started. Sips, Sjin and Duncan are all new additions to the Yogscast. If you were a true Yogscast fan, you'd know this.

When Sips made Sadon, Juliana, and Anne (sorry if I butchered the names) into soldiers it made the villager count go down. There's now three soldiers and 7 villagers. No one died, they just got promoted, you could say, ;).

You are looking at the citizens counter he added soldiers. If you look it says 7 on the left (citizens) and 3 on the right (soldiers). Total 10 = no loss.
