I agree with kimwilliams6674. I like that yours are long enough that you're being thorough and also while I'm doing some other stuff and listening long and I don't have to stop and change my video! Like I just did the dishes and watch ed/ listen to the homemaking /home management one you just posted recently

Changing my thinking on this one little thing was very helpful for my daily rhythms overall. Having a good understanding of what I actually need to do vs. what others may mention they do was so helpful. It took a little bit of considering, but well worth the time!

Hearing you say this is a 3 year goal is so relatable. I constantly add too many new routines/systems to try and they fail and I get so upset. I love the idea of starting weekly and then daily. Definitely going to try this ❤

I think giving yourself grace as you add new routines and rhythms is so important! It is hard to add everything at once, I have tried, it just doesn't work. So, even though a couple of years ago I started this goal, I realized I just needed to keep adding a little bit more each year. I am hoping that this coming year I can really foster consistency with all of the new routines! Please let me know if I can help you in any way 😊
