I am in the level 65 and i didn't get tools to expand. And i didnt have enough place to decor my town. And also 3 factories is not built yet. Any tips for it?

Hi Krishna, for Expansion, you can win town expansion coupon in ruler of the mine event and other side event as shown in video and for tools you need to send the trains as quick as possible to gather these tools. Please watch the video till the end for all details regarding town expansion.
