Would it not be more relevant to call the police in this case. I dont know how it works in the USA, but here the license plate is considered a official government document. If you forge an official government document, it's fraud, and you would probably get jail time, but even so, you would 100% get a note on your criminal record, making it really hard to get a job for example as most businesses demand a clean criminal record if they should hire you. On top of that, you would get a fine for driving a unregistred and uninsured vehichle.

That last fellow is proof that if you stay calm, behave reasonably, that you have a chance to be heard. People need to get back to that. I remember the red charger, the woman came at you with “what’s your problem?!?” Getting all feisty, when they hadn’t made payments, their tires were bald etc. the husband was upset too, but he stayed in his lane, and kind of shut her down. But what bothered me was she was coming at you like you were doing something wrong. You always stay pulled together, that’s what impresses me.

It's the PTO that makes it loud, they actually don't have a real powerful motor, but they power a lot of hydraulics to run the bed and winches that's where the high idling diesel sounds come in..

never lived in GA b4 but, when i buy a car i am most of the time, transferring my current plates, or a buy new plates and insurance at the time of the car purchase. how is it that so many cars are supposedly "bought" and they have no tag?
