@@disneyfan9099 Which is why you always get e-mail confirmation of anything spoken verbally and any agreements made. Better yet do it all on paper to begin with. There's a reason scammers always 'talked to someone', and that reason is because the scam didn't work. Had it so often when I still hired myself out for zoning enforcement. "I talked to someone", okay, how does this change the illegal building? "Yeah but I phoned them and said something", did they say 'You're above the law and I'll risk my job by giving you that in writing'? Because failing that, it's a violation and you're getting the letter tomorrow. And my personal favourite, arseholes who wants to keep doing illegal things and think it's your problem. "But if you shut down my illegal bar, I'll not make as much profit!", okay, your closure time has just gone for 6 weeks to 4 weeks. "But the neighbours are just whiners that they complain about my drunken guests screaming from the rooftop at 2 am", okay, your closure time has just gone from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. "You're such a stooopid civil servant that you're shutting down my illegal commercial stuff", sir, your closure time has just gone poof, you're getting the first enforcement fine in the mail tomorrow, even if I have to walk to the post office myself to make sure it gets delivered tomorrow.

Yes, she lied. The front tire she said was the most recent flat has actually been driven a good ways while it's been flat, you can tell by the ring around the side wall of the tire. You can also tell by it's condition (the flat spot area) that's it's been flat for a long time.

Same here and I'm the type that doesn't follow others but this guy has commonsense, down to earth, humble, and tells how it is. Many people these days are lacking what I just mentioned and college doesn't teach you this and honestly I have learned more from guys like him and folks talking in bars about life. I give him credit while staying calm in tough situations and other people take life to seriously and sometimes I make life harder than what it is.

What are the chances someone is sick of seeing unused junk cars taking up parking spots so they let the tyres down to get them towed? She may have fixed the first tyre on Saturday just like she said and then they came back and let another one down to make sure it got towed. I bet those car parks are full every night so unused junk cars taking spots would be annoying for people that have to drive to work.

@@Reno_Slim Sure, but when they know the car has not moved for months and the owner just keeps doing the minimum necessary to keep it there, then a flat tyre the day they are getting cars towed could lock it in for towing. The chances of an undriven car developing a flat tyre the day after one is fixed is very low but if you look at the tyre in question, the valves dust cap is missing and the metal part looks shiny as if the cap was recently removed. It would be interesting to see if the valve had been loosened just enough for the tyre to go flat overnight.

Really liked the property manager on this one. Glad you got the go ahead to remove it from the property. As you stated, most people have the 2nd car. And you've shown us more than once you tow the same car later, after they've paid the drop fee. The good thing about that is job security for you and your company. I just loved how the woman blamed the management for not keeping up the parking areas. As one as stated, the excuses people come up with is astounding. Great video as always Johnny, stay safe.

😂 The lady with the flat tire has the audacity to say it's not her problem the parking lot is dirty where her car is parked but it is her problem because it's impossible to keep an area clean if there's a broken down car sitting in the way!! They probably switched the flat tire from one spot to another to make it look like they fixed it and suddenly got another flat over the weekend lol. He could, but also I think it's actually illegal to tow a vehicle that is not breaking a law, bylaw, or agreement, so Johnny needs to know why the car is being towed, and it can't just be "Because the office is having it towed"

I know we all wish that would happen (him more than anyone I am sure), but he has said many times this is "customer service" for the property and he needs the car owner to have as clear of a picture as they can (or a their pea brains will allow) so they do not go blasting into the office throwing a fit and cussing and screaming......the office does not want that, but they want the cars gone or the point made to the owner to maintain them.....part of the money Johnny makes is to be the middle man and feel some of that heat so the office feels less of it....if he just rolled out on everyone then the apartment complexes will just hire a company that will deflect some of that heat from the managers on site and calm the people down some so they are not blowing up the office 100% of the time

The law, Title 44 Chapter 1 § 44-1-13, is specific that any person, or their authorized agent, entitled to possession of the private property has the right to remove from the property any vehicle which is not authorized to be at the place it is found. Any vehicle would include such vehicles which are authorized to be at the place it is found.
