So when we run a bath, lather cream for a shave, carefully apply our makeup or deodorise our underarms, we could be exposing our bodies to myriad toxic chemicals. I don't colour my hair either. If I get a white hair, it tells me that I'm nutrient deficient in something so that I can figure out what I'm missing and correct the problem!

Im proud of myself being makeup free! I just use basic soap made from olive oil and lye for face cleanser, and I use organic olive oil as my moisturizer, sometimes plain greek yogurt for face mask. But… I eat plenty of natural foods, avoid processed foods, super minimal sugar, no alcohol, and I workout everyday (weight training, cardio, yoga). I’m 38 years old and I did skin test last week and the result my skin barrier is strong, high in hydration, no wrinkles, no darkspots. Even the beauty assistant thought I was 25 years old 😂😂 Beauty industry is evil, they play women’s insecurities to make money.
