You can try doing a cord cutting ritual w/ two black or red candles and black or red string and say out loud “I release all negative attachments between myself and this person for the highest good.” Repeat this as many times as necessary. Also meditating with Archangel Michael. He will protect your energy with a bubble and use his sword to cut any etheric cords on your energy body. There is a good one on Sarah Hall’s channel. Also taking baths w/ salt and lavender to remove negative energy from your aura. 🤍
