For me what solved bad teammates was playing passive. It's still not the best option but it's something. You can try playing 1s, there are no teammates there and it might be humbling for you. Anyways, I can team up with you if you want, I'm trying to improve my positioning right now.

yo, same freaking problem but I definiteltly belond in diamond cuz I hit d1 right before the season ended but now I can't get back up, I've been stuck in plat 2-3 for the LONGEST time and I SWEAR it's my teammates. people keep telling me: "if your diamond level then you should be able to 2 v 1 them" it's so annoying down here.
