Only Progenesis is expensive, everything else is very obtainable by just playing. The build can be started with nothing and the progression is pretty smooth, check Path of Evening's Toxic Rain guide.

I don't think my character was worth 100divs even with Progenesis. Maybe 30-40d max. I really recommend Progenesis though, the character is much stronger with Progenesis because 100% flask up time.

Can't: 1. Players gain #% reduced Flask Charges. 2. Players have #% less Recovery Rate of Life and Energy Shield. Can but not recommended: 3. Players cannot Regenerate Life, Mana or Energy Shield. 4. Players have #% less Area of Effect. 5. Players have -#% to all maximum Resistances. Explanations: 1. Reduced Flask Charges makes our flasks not 100% uptime and it feels bad, I also cap my resist and all ailments avoidance through flasks. 2. Less Recovery Rate renders our Life Flask useless, with 'increased explicit modifiers on your maps' nodes on atlas tree, maps will have more than 100% less Recovery Rate so Life Flask does nothing. 3. You can mostly do no regen just fine 95% of the time, but sometimes you will unlucky with mana cost and you hit exactly 0 mana left and have to portal out, not recommended. 4. This build has optimal Area of Effect breakpoint, so less AoE mod is messing with toxic rain's pod overlap, lots of DPS loss. Doable in t16s farming but not recommended. 5. Minus maximum Resistances is dangerous for every build in general, it's doable if I'm not leveling, still not recommended as I hate dying.
