I think every long term marriage undergoes serious tests over and over and it's only God's grace that keeps a marriage together. Respect your honesty, God bless you both.

I’ve been in a relationship with a guy for almost 4 years and I love him but we’ve had a lot of toxic traits that have gotten better but I know there’s still work. This video shows that perfect marriages don’t exist.... I always see these kind of perfect relationships online that made me question that maybe mines wasn’t right because we had real issues. But I realized that every relationship takes work and it’s hard! This video helps me out so much 🥺 this is so relatable! Especially on the part of control and correcting him coming from what’s right and wrong. “Playing God” telling him to stop doing this wrong thing. But like you said only God can do this

Love this video. So pure and real! At age 24, I've never been in a relationship or dated. I sometimes feel left out looking at my friends start their families or just date. Still, deep down I have so many fears of being with someone and the work that it takes to be open and selfless. Something really stuck out to me after watching your video...The importance of selflessness. It seems so simple and can be undermined, but it's so important. I know for a fact I would not be a good partner until God truly helps me in certain areas. Thank you so much for sharing. Sending love from The Bahamas 🇧🇸🙏🏿❤

Thank you for this video. This is a much needed testimony 🙏 my marriage isn’t on the edge because I’m newly married but it has already convicted me on the things I need to work on and change now before it gets so bad. Nubia and I are very similar. Thank you.

Getting married next month and I think this was the most helpful video I have watched to prepare me...I can definitely relate to some of what you said Nubia. So appreciate you making this and God's work in both of you to grow your dependence on him and not your own strength.

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m interested in seeing the next video about how God restored your marriage. Seems like there are different components to how He is putting you back together. You mentioned several struggles which we can relate to but not a lot of people are willing to talk about. Anything you can share would be much appreciated.

Galatians 5:13 where St.Paul explains how Lord Jesus said to love each other and serve each other! It's ok to serve and step back and keep our loved ones before us! After God we need to give priority to our loved ones that's what serving each other means and it's ok to sit down and try to think in their perspective and try to understand this applies for both the persons in a relationship everything should come from both sides! Self respect of this world has a different meaning it has a very thin line btw self-respect and ego I guess Lord shared that to be impatient is to be proud n humbleness comes from loving and serving each other! Just wanted to share this with everyone that God has put in my heart! God bless you both great that you guys give your best to figure out everything god bless you with happy, peaceful and love filled marriage and family❤️

Thank you for all your time and care you put into making your videos. In Mark 16:15 he commands us too "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature". I take this command very serious. In hopes that others who are not born-again will decide to make that choice. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Living he loved us, dying he saves us, and buried he carried our sins far away. Keep in mind no one is promised tomorrow, or even an hour from now. Proverbs 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Please call upon Jesus today.

I hope everything is ok with you guys, I see you had a pretty consistent uploading schedule and just suddenly vanished! You seemed to stop replying and favoriting comments about 5 months ago. Usually when that happens to a KZbinr or influencer it means something really bad happened to them. I wish you all the best, Nubia and Daniel! A little concerned but I will trust everything is alright between you two

i just have to stopped at 2:46 mins, when you said you have temper correct the things n control him. Did you find out about this differences before you all got married? come on you should not be getting married in the first place, i am in the same relationship figuring this guy out before tying the knot. if i can handle him in 20 yrs or 40 yrs from now his a controlling freak his not using his common sense n many more. Finally, always give n take look at your marriage you dont want your child to have a broken family. Have God always in the center of your marriage

Yes we did know our differences. I do think its so important to get to know the person and I hear what you’re saying. Even though we knew our differences, I think marriage brings new challenges because it comes with new responsibilities. You deal with new things like finances, communication, commitment, learning to live together, going from only thinking about yourself and doing life your way to now having to include someone else who may see things differently than you. I’ve been married for 8 years and even though God has restored a lot of toxic habits we both had we’re still not perfect and we are still a work in progress. It’s always important to get to know someone before committing to marriage and although my hope is that couples don’t reach the lows that we did. Marriage still has its challenges. Thanks for watching and thanks for your perspective. Best wishes❤️
