During the pandemic, as a result of not really going anywhere, I didn’t really wear much perfume or make up. I would notice that I would get my period, and most of the time it was a surprise because I had no PMS leading up to it. Usually my breasts would get extremely sore and tender even up to two weeks before my period start date. Anyway, What I found is that when I would wear perfume, I would get those PMS symptoms. When I would NOT wear perfume, those symptoms would all go away. I did experiments and skipped perfumes for a few months, applied it for another, etc., and there has been a very clear pattern. I urge all of my friends to go through all your stuff and use one of those apps that tells you if it’s toxic or not, and then try it out for yourself. See if your headaches go away, see if your PMS goes away, etc. Now I have figured out that it’s not just perfumes, but lotions and other products I’ve been applying. Even my toothpaste was causing me problems!

What is wrong with tretonin or niacinamode i put estridol bioidentical on my face I’m braca negative I tested because My Sister had Home on receptive breast cancer and we thought I couldn’t take estrogen but my gynecologist tested me and I’m negative for that gene can you go further into what’s wrong with that so I know everything is prescribed i have an appointment with you soon i never had any acne but I have scars and I’m concerned about aging
