It's good to know there are other adult males out there who still enjoy soldiers. People say things to me like, "Aren't you a bit old to play with soldiers?" Not really! I have loved them almost all my life, like you I also have the games. Army men toys in space is the best one I have come across so far! I have all the colours apart from orange, which I only have 2 figurines in my whole collection. I have pretty much every colour on the rainbow, the only colours I don't seem to have is orange, and the new discovery Squant. Sqaunt is a new colour all together and I am planning to go and see it where it was discovered later on this year!

@@ArmyStopmotions Unfortunately their fazing out toys in happy meals these days! They removed good old Ronald McDonald years ago! Burger king no longer do toys! Everything fun is being made illegal these days. It's a good question, perhaps you would like to write to them to make a suggestion. I can remember the 90's and early 00's, they hade some good shows and funny adds, but todays TV is all sugary and feel good, not to my taste. I like the good old days. I was born in 1989 so I remember the 90's quite well, such fun!!!! Have you ever heard of the Army men series by the late 3DO? Did you know that Burger Kind did indeed do an army man toy in their box meal many years ago?

@@theplasticcommander I am actually planning to go to see the colour Squant this year. I want to get a squant torch to shine at people. I even have some antique soldiers made from aluminium I got from France! Do you know where I can get orange army men from or grey police figurines? In my entire collection of police and army I only have 2 grey cops, and 2 orange soldiers. I really enjoy your videos, keep em coming. You may be interested t know that some Disney stores sell the official toy story buket O soldiers. You will have to keep an eye out for the ones I mean because they do different versions of them depending on which store you go to. Don't forget to log onto BMC toys to view an array of army figurines too!

This have been the favorite Army Men set I have. Ever since I got them for my birthday it's been years of fun. My favorite is the Japanese sniper. He's just cool and it's a nice add to my collection. I'm surprised they don't sell it anymore. My bucket broke by time but all the soldiers are still with me and I carry them in a bag.

At a gas station they sold these army men but each in tubes and sold separately, I only got my hands on the American toy soldiers and since I had this bucket I can confirm that were they the exact same. Also it was the new poses.

There are clones of this set on Amazon though they aren’t nearly as good. However they are significantly cheaper.

That new U.S. Machinegunner looks more like his weapon is an automatic grenade launcher because of the barrel's length and thickness lmao. Definetly would be an easy conversion for customizations.

According to some people on my discord they did restock briefly this past week but ran out almost immediately. I however have seen them listed on Walmart and eBay so maybe those suppliers could restock sooner than Amazon. So far, I’ve yet to see any available.

One thing I've noticed is that down in Mexico and South America they seem to have completely different plastic figures than what we get up here. Yes some are American or British copies, but there are also completely original ones. And the colors! The y have putty, lavender, yellow, cranberry red, etc. And some are bigger than 54mm, maybe even 70mm? I think U.S. vendors should make more of an effort to start importing some of these foreign toys and make them available to USA customers.

I actually did use the bag pipe and the soldier holding up the flag. I used them as morale for my depressed soldiers who knew death was facing them 😅
