Here's a small clip of the Worlds of Wonder Snoopy and Charlie Brown Prototypes in action from the 1986 Worlds Of Wonder Toy Fair Tape! The models were shown off at the 1986 New York Toy Fair.
Snoopy seems to be a bit more thinner than the released model and a different jaw and snout. From what i can tell, that's the only difference that's visible, at least in this clip! The same goes with Woodstock nothing much seems different apart from a minor design choice.
Charlie Brown, however, seems to be the earlier prototype with a more wide mouth rather than the smaller mouth given to the 2nd prototype model made!
His eyes seem to be normal teddy eyes, which would not be the same for the 2nd model! Now, from what people have said online, his mouth mechanisms are actually swapped, meaning if Goofy's upper jaw mechanism would be Charlie Brown's lower jaw mechanism?? I'm not sure why that was the design choice, but it was also programmed like that into all the Worlds Of Wonder Snoopy Tapes despite Charlie Brown never making it to stores.
The original video that I took the clip from is right here:
