Very cool to see the new wave of SW Black Series at the Kenosha Walmart. The ROSS by me in Green Bay is wiped out too. It's amazing to see how many toys they sold in the final day before Christmas. The Target up by me had Tiger Force Flint and Dusty at 1/2 off and in stock but no markdown on the flight pod. Really happy to see that Ollies is opening a store in WI. Hopefully they'll add more stores to the state. I didn't find much on the day after Xmas except for one of the new Lego Space sets at Meijer

yeah the SW was about all I saw down here, and I'm excited for the space set, but at the same time I'm sad.. I literally have no where to put lego's.. Space was my jam as a kid

Hadn’t gone to Ross since I saw all the empty shelves, decided to stop by the one closer to me, and found a Jean grey vhs! All by its lonesome. I’m still so happy I found another at Ross lol. Love the videos brother! Happy new year and hunting!

I think Ross will definitely be hit and miss. I scored a few cool things through the year before the avalanche started. Ross should always be on at least the 2x a month hunt

I believe I suggested the Verses of Voltron VS. The Power Rangers and you're right it is cool and I wouldn't mind seeing it in a movie or an animated film or TV Series where they team up to fight their bad guys. 😎💖

We are in an interesting time. Retailers are watching liquidators make money on items acquired from them for a quarter on the dollar. While the retailers couldn’t sell them. Now collectors are enjoying the heavily discounted prices. Look at Buzzer’s release, 3 weeks later is on clearance to 1/3 the original price. I expect retailers to heavily cut orders as not to give more business to liquidators OR create their own liquidation type sales such as all the sales Target had before Christmas. I can also see the days of Ross and Ollie’s coming to an end with $5.99 GI Joe Classifieds and the likes. Collector’s will have to go back to paying either full price, or retailer clearance prices because again, I can see retailers cutting demand. Either way, retailers aren’t stupid and they’re watching everything unfold and are coming up with a game plan to avoid it.

Let’s be honest though … Target makes no sense … why were buzzer, shockwave and helix heavily discounted but not hawk or ripper (when buzzer was second in command and arguably more popular). The discounting on the marvel legends was also all over the place. Liquidation aside, targets sales algorithm makes little to no sense.

@@nishshah4472 Oh I totally agree! Target AND Walmart doesn't make any sense. You would think once Target had all of the Legends and Classifieds on sale Walmart would follow suit, but Walmart still has Future Antman at full price. Target ran great deals a few weeks before Christmas. I placed a few discounted figures in my cart online late Christmas Eve to think about purchasing and on Christmas day they went back to full price. I dont get that at all......

the problem is.. hasbro made their money on stuff we're seeing at liquidators..where they are seeing their sales down is on future orders. retailers are starting to see the effects of "plastic free packaging", higher prices, over production, poor character choice, the gi joe movie wave and lando's.

@@CollectingHavok totally agree. Orders will slack off in the future. Hasbro makes their fortunes off of their unlicensed products such as GI Joe. Disney selects the figures they want Hasbro to produce. That’s why we have Lando’s and all the characters no one wants. Hasbro probably loses money on the SW side due to Disney tax and Disney figure requests. Original/Prequal Trilogy vehicle/figure sales is what probably keeps them afloat.

@CollectingHavok my area is terrible with distribution. Especially wrestling figures. I am lukewarm on NXT to be honest with you. I do like Jayce though. I would pick up her and Gigi if I found them.
