I got the Joe Raptor figure, for $12 and change at my Target. When it said item not found I told the guy he was supposed on clearance and he punched it in. I think it depends on which employee you get. That Page Punchers Deathstroke looks awesome.

Half the walmart's in the Raleigh area are thin on dc and Masterverse. Some don't carry them at all right now.

Sadly, my Target doesn't carry enough Joes to even have mark downs. I only saw one case of Raptor come in and they sold at full price.
