@@DollFairyCrafter Yeah, I do think COPPA definitely scared a few away (and COVID) which I totally understand. I was very discouraged also since I worked so hard to build a community here that was accepting of collectors of ALL AGES. It took longer than I expected but I'm over people outside of community (such as COPPA) labeling me. If they think collecting toys is too childish, that's their loss because there're so many amazing people in this hobby

@@dollastic I totally agree. It is definitely their loss. I have made a lot of really good friends on here who are adult toy collectors. An I am glad that I did. Its good to know us "old" people aren't alone in liking toys. I am the only one in the family that still likes "toys". An always was told I was weird, and childish and to immature and blah blah blah. An than when watching on youtube and seeing you, chad and Melissa it was like yay I'm not alone. An than I have my friends too like LIttle Crafty Kitty and our small community of adult doll collectors. Its just nice you know? You are more than welcome to join in our community if you ever miss seeing toy videos, that are real and not just for the views.

Wow!! You guys are close to home for me :) That comic store was my favorite when I was young. There is a thrift store down the road (maybe 5 mins) called the sharing center that has Disney pins and ears and stuff :). Also, if you haven’t been, I think you would LOVE Lakeland antique mall. It is quite far (about 1 1/2 hours from that thrift) but it’s AMAZING!! So much Disney memorabilia, toys, real props from the parks. BINS of pins (with many fakes, but there are real ones too). It would make an awesome video. But, it does take awhile to go through so bring some water and a snack. Usually it takes me about 3 hours 😌.

I LOVE LOVE Lakeland Antique Mall. It's quite a drive away for us so I only get to visit every couple of months but whenever we do visit, it's a nice fieldtrip! I haven't posted a video on it yet because I was on my "break" but the next time I go, I'll definitely share some cool finds there. Although it's hard to find good scores in thrift stores around here, the plus side is definitely the antique stores that carries loads of Disney collectibles! I've never been to the Sharing Center but I'll make sure to note it down for a future place to visit

Sadly a lot of the reason the toy section looks bare is because alot of the crates are stuck and no workers can get to them due to under staff. Funko pops have been dealing with Lot of this. But I’m so happy to see ya. I miss these videos a lot so happy when you find something you like and all bright the positive to people and about their own collection. Stay safe out there ❤️

Honestly, I hadn't thought of that. Usually, stores clear out their shelves and re-do their inventory every quarter so I thought it was just that. But your reason makes a lot more sense. The crates being stuck has effected Disney as well. In 2021, they had monthly Stitch Crashes Disney series (which I am collecting) and despite of it being 2022 already, they've only come out with 10 (out of 12) so far in the US. Other countries like China, Canada and UK has released more from the series than us. Thank you so much for such a thought out comment. It's comments like this I thrive for honestly! Happy new year

I feel like I'm one of those KZbinrs who hasn't changed much since they started (as far as the production quality goes) and I often wonder if I am too too behind and my audiences may not like it anymore. So kind comments like yours really encourages me and means a lot to me. I want to find a way to make it better but for toy hunts, it'll probably have to stay about the same since often, it's on a whim. The first store (ACME Super Store) is a must-go-see if you're nearby! They have so many treasures from different genres and it's so easy to spend hours just looking at each of their glass cabinets.

I hope so too!! One of the things I had hard time adjusting to when we moved down here to Florida (among other things ofc) is that it's busy no matter where I go. Back in New Hampshire, the malls were pretty quiet and unless it was the holidays, stores in general were not so crowded/busy. Since I live in greater Orlando area, it's busy all of the times! I try to be careful when I go on toy hunts to not make other shoppers feel uncomfortable or draw too much attention to myself and it's a challenge. I'm gonna start shopping early in the morning or late at night to see if that helps :D

As far as I know there is no Toph of the Avatar figures (yet), because the action figures are limited to book 1. So Aang, Katara, Sokka and Zuko + a little bigger Aang and a smal Aang with his Glider and a big Appa (This Appa was sooo great) But: These are products of McFarlane Toys, very very good quality and optics.

Thank you for watching my toy hunt 🤗 Because of Disney World, Florida in general has a lot of collectors living in the state. It's a double edge sword though - because you have to fight (not literally though) other collectors to get the stuff you want and a lot of times, even stuff at the thrift store and yard sale are pricey because the people know that the collectors will pay. On the brighter side, we do have cool stores like ACME and often can find cool vintage and Disney collectibles in antique stores :)

The Piggy toys are pretty cool. They're different from other Roblox toys since it's made by a different company but they kept their overall looks. I'll definitely have the unboxing video soon :)

Thank you so much! Yes, both Ryan and I have gone back to our natural hair colors. The maintenance was so hard, especially with my hair being so long and thick. Because my hair is so dark, I also had to bleach it at least 2 times each time I got my roots done and it was damaging my hair and my scalp. We went to a professional too T-T I also couldn't justify how much it would cost (mostly me since I have long and thick hair) every couple of months. Having all orange hair was a dream and I'm glad I was able to do it. But for now, I'm focusing on getting my hair all healthy again :)

They did have some Sailor Moon! Not too much though. Their Anime selection is much smaller in comparison to other categories. Still, it's always so cool to see so many genres in one place together :)

ACME Comic Super Store is located in Longwood, Florida. Here's their website: acme-superstore.com/ It's an awesome store and if you're ever in the area, it's a fun place to visit especially if you're a collector. It's one of those stores that's fun for non-collectors too since they have so many nostalgia items. Which comic store in Times Square did you visit? I don't know if I'll be able to visit NYC anytime soon but when I do, I'll be searching for stores to visit for sure! :)
