Poodles are my favorite dog. I have had Standard Poodles and Miniature Poodles and now I want a Toy Poodle so bad I can't stand it. I have had Poodles my whole life and I'm now 52 years old. Totally leaves out so much important information such as toy poodles having problems due to breeding the size down including prediabetes (high blood sugar) which contributes both cataracts and tooth decay/plaque formation. That said I have owned 4 rescued toys poodles and I LOVE THEM!!! to slow down tooth decay annual teeth cleanings by a professional and weekly home teeth cleaning with a treated dental cloth (so much easier than a tooth brush or finger-tooth brush) and don't let your vet overprescribe corticoids which contribute to cataract formation!
