Common TD logic is that your earliest towers gets the most shots at the enemy. You never want your highest level defences in the back, as you won't have time to do an emergency response. Generally you want something with slow and/or splash in the front, your main damage in the places where they get most enemy path coverage, and something slow firing with heavy dmg in the back for the few stragglers that make it through your main kill area.

Yes weaker / splash damage with low damage in the back for clean up on the weaker enemies and the front for clean up and the big damage dealers in the middle / back to kill strong enemies

in my experience with games like this where you have a set enemy path and set tower emplacements, generally it's better to put more towers early on before upgrading the ones you have, as that increases the amount of the path that's covered by your towers

There was a priorities patch and a patch regarding laser towers not attacking bosses today so I’d assume it fixed them. They also nerfed the laser towers. It’s a shame those were POG Didn’t play it after updates

Lasers deal more damage the more time they hit an enemy, so combo that with a Tesla to keep them in laser target for more time

Using the hammer costs stars. It really is better as an absolute emergency thing than to take out 1 troop slipping through. Much better off getting down a sniper to help out your towers for the same cost.

The swarm of bees, despite being comprised of "air units" is a boss and counts as a ground unit. Gotta take the lasers off air priority and they'll target the swarm more consistently.

The lasers weren't doing anything because they were set to shoot flying targets. They did shoot the individual bees after all. The swarm seems to count as a ground unit; that's why the miniguns were effective against it. You could've easily done it the first time round by setting the lasers to target the highest HP.

In the video where the lasers were introduced, i vividly remember RCE setting the lasers to air, but still hitting the ground targets if there were no air targets.

Use a few troops when the final swarm appears. The bees will stop for a few seconds to attack your troops. Depending on the attack and type of soldier, you can move them out of the way so they don't get hurt.

use the shieldman, it distracts the bees! the lasers should work but bugged confirmed by the dev. how i beat it was 2 miniguns at the end lots of rockets for anti air 2 lasers and spam shieldmen to distract the bees so rockets can take down swarm

A few things I noticed is that during the swarm section. For whatever reason if you had your lasers targeting air only they didn't do much. But if they were left on the default it seemed to target the swarm? I'm not certain though but something that I do think is that you should use a combination of higher leveled teslas and make sure that you have their range covering the entire length. After that I'd say you'd probably want the anti-air and gatlings for damage.

I beat it with all lasers in the back 6 spots and cannons on the starting 4 spots. Upgrade the last 4 as priority because they will be doing most the dmg. The lasers wont shoot swarm 1 or 2 unless priority is set to 1, not air defense. You can slow down the last swarm with soldiers, alot of soldiers. The swarm will transforms in to a hammer to attack soldiers, and while it does this, it stops and performs its attacks halting the forward progression. If you have no soldiers you cannot deal with the speed the last swarms got to base as it does not slow down to transform and attack..

After a lot of different setups, I used 2 laser towers at the front (level 2 for the boss), 4 mini guns in the middle slots (first 2 level 3 for the boss and the other upgraded during the boss fight) and 4 missile turrets in the last 4 slots (all level 1 for the start of the boss fight and upgraded as I sold other towers). Used loads of shield army men to slow down the swarm towards the end and won by a very very small margin... Took me a few hours to do 😂

Rocket turrets and buying bazooka troops after the boss spawned worked for me. First row i had 2 laser turrets. Second row i had 2 rocket turrets. third row i had 2 minigun turrets that i prioritesed upgrading to get me through the early levels. After that you put one laser turret in the last row. After that build two more rocket turrets and upgrade some of them to max and get some bazooka troops when you get to the second part of the boss.

Just managed it, well stressed... on each side, from base, laser, rocket, rocket, mini, laser and upgraded front laser and all rockets - then spammed shield to hold the swarm in the rocket range... I'm actually puffed out lol

Those Teslas just seem underwhelming. The mortar makes a nice boom, the mini gun goes brrrrrt, the missiles go fwooooosh, and even the tower goes bang bang. The teslas just feel and look underwhelming. Sure they might do the job, but they just don’t feel as good.

Yo can u play cube combination (Roblox) it has sick bosses and don’t worry if it looks confusing at first, What you want to do first is open the crate and take the “pack cube” and click it to pick it up then click it again to use it, now you can hold two items (three if you count left hand) now click the armour and click to use it to equip it, (I’m gonna stop saying click cos u know what I mean now) now with all the iron armour on you now take less damage, now pick up a dirt cube and go to the furnace and press q with ur mouse in the lava part in the furnace to put it in there, and you will get 2 bars, which can be iron, gold, copper and pyrolite (pyrolite being rare), I forgot to say dropping cubes on other cubes combine them (some combinations don’t work, if you combine any metal bar with a white cube you can make a cube of that metal, make a copper cube and combine it with the forge cube that dropped from the crate to make a coil, for now it does nothing but pick it up and press f to put it in ur left hand, now make 3 gold cubes and 3 iron cubes, now combine the gold cube with the iron cube, and do it again, now u have two forge cubes now combine the remaining gold and iron cubes with the forge cubes to make a plate cube and a wealth cube, now combine them both to make a goldplate cube, now combine that with a red cube to make a *enriched* red cube, pretty sick, now with nothing in your inventory press f again to switch the coil in ur main hand and combine the coil and the enriched red cube for a speed coil! Pick it up and press f to put it in ur left hand and go really fast! Now make another forge cube and combine it with iron (not iron *cube*) To make a sword! Now I’ll put sick recipe below: Sword + Gold Cube = Gold Sword Gold Sword + Ice Cube = Ice Sword Ice Cube + Furnace = Water Cube Ice Cube + Water Cube = Glacier Cube (dont click when holding this item) Ice Sword + Glacier Cube = Frost Sword I’m not gonna say the recipe for frost fire sword cos it’s better for doing things quickly and I don’t wanna waste ur time when u fight the 3rd boss, yes there is bosses. Remember how to make plate cubes? Good. Plate Cube + Wood Cube = 5 Platforms (u need 8 to bridge from one island to another) Now bridge facing away from the furnace to fight cube destroyer! If his light blue (cyan) leg glows, RUN. If his Megenta (pink) one glows, he’s gonna do a cube rain attack that if u touch the cubes it does damage. If his green arm glows, he is regening. If his blue arm glows he’s gonna do like a cube line attack and this is easiest to dodge if u have shift lock, (idk how to do shift lock on pc 💀) Just so u know, this is the recommend order (from me) to do the bosses in, (North is facing away from the furnace) [N] [5] [3] [1] [START] [2] [4] [6] 1 - Cube Destroyer 2 - Raider Brute (if ur good at dodging and can clear his minions he’s ez) He droppes hardened iron great sword. 3 - Pyro (just by his name u can tell why I chose not to tell u how to make frost fire sword) He drops Firey Greatsword (Put any metal or rock cube in furnace for magma sphere (hot) and mix it with rock cube for lava cube and then mix pyros greatsword with the lava cube for lava greatsword, better) 4 - Hammerdom (really hard on phase 2 and try run when he is lifting his hammer up, lava greatsword or Goldfire sword (search it up) is recommended for this fight) 5 - Poisedon (wader boss) 6 - Cryo (some how she’s a girl and is not related to pyro so all that work with the lore and stuff wasted, use lava greatsword or goldfire sword (search it up) for this fight) Drops Ice greatsword, All the other islands are towers with have loot, and the edge ones are steel towers that contain steel (I’m tired I am NOT giving you a steel guide) And the corner towers have more steel! (Bridge to all corner towers before doing them or you will only be able to do 2 of them) For guides on bosses and everything else use the fandom wiki. Why do you only have 4 towers available at the end? Shouldn't you be able to pick 5? Lasers should also be able to hit the swarm. You might want to reinstall the game or something. Some weird stuff going on. To beat the level, do 2 cannons in the first column, 2 rockets in the next 2 columns with 1 in the top row and 1 in the bottom row, and then just spam helicopters until you win. Helicopters are pretty OP.
